    Chief Executive Officer

    Paul brings more than 25 years of experience across business ownership, accounting, CFO leadership, and executive management. He combines financial insight with a practical understanding of what it takes to build and operate a successful company. As CEO of Magnolia & Oak Home Co., Paul leads the company’s business strategy and long-term growth while helping create a strong, dependable foundation for the team and its clients. His connection to the community is personal, having been born and raised in Memphis.

  • Rodolfo Barrios

    Chief Operating Officer

    Construction has been at the center of Rodolfo’s career, giving him the hands-on knowledge to understand how every decision affects the finished home. As COO of Magnolia & Oak Home Co., he leads construction operations and helps carry each project from planning through completion with careful coordination and attention to quality. Raised in Memphis, Rodolfo brings both local perspective and real building experience to every project.

    Director of Sales

    Born and raised in Memphis area, and with 20 years of experience in residential remodeling sales and design, Sara creates timeless spaces that feel just as thoughtful tomorrow as they do today. Her work balances beauty with long-term functionality, including aging-in-place considerations that allow a home to continue serving its owners through every stage of life. As Director of Sales for Magnolia & Oak Home Co., Sara helps transform each client’s ideas into an inspiring, enduring design intended to stand the test of time and make each renovation truly feel like the one done right.
